Company marks milestone anniversary with reflections on growth, success, and future aspirations

SAN CLEMENTE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 9, 2024 / Consolidated Contracting, an award-winning general contracting firm, proudly marks its 35th anniversary. This significant milestone is celebrated while the company is also set to achieve its strongest year on record.

On track to surpass $90 million in sales by year's end, Consolidated Contracting is a different kind of construction firm-one anchored in strong values, relationships, and a dedication to quality. Something the owners, Tony Elias-Calles and Joseph Troya, cultivated over the years creating a reputation for reliability and relationship-driven service.

"Our longevity is attributed to our foundational principles of integrity and commitment to client relationships," says Elias-Calles, Founder and President of Consolidated Contracting. "We strive to ensure that our actions align with our promises, which has been central to our success."

Significant projects highlighting Consolidated's success include award-winning work in California: Confluence Park in Valencia, Environmental Nature Preschool in Newport Beach, and Dos Lagos Heart in Corona. Other noteworthy projects include the company's first million-dollar project, a furniture factory completed in 1993, and its highest-valued project to date, Kimball Highland, a $50 million endeavor currently underway and set for completion next spring.

"Consolidated's growth is based on our approach to people and relationships," says Troya, Principal at Consolidated Contracting. "Projects come and projects go, but what remains are the meaningful connections we've made, and the impact on individuals during the process."

Throughout its 35-year-history, vital relationships have formed out of collaboration with clients, architects, and subcontractors, including long-term partnerships with companies such as The Irvine Company and Hewlett Packard. Both Elias-Calles and Troya value the importance of these relationships, the difference they made on past successes, and their impact on a successful future, as well.

Reflecting on the past motivates Elias-Calles and Troya to make Consolidated Contracting even stronger moving into the future.

"Thinking about the next 35 years is invigorating. We are excited to build on our strong foundation with a new generation of talented individuals. Consolidated Contracting is poised to continue its legacy as a multi-generational company, and we are eager to embrace future opportunities and challenges," said Elias-Calles.

"The next generation is here, and they're passionate about what we do," Troya said. "The key to continued success is remembering people over things. Amazing things happen when people genuinely feel appreciated."

Elias-Calles and Troya express immense gratitude and recognize the success of these past 35 years would not be possible without their dedicated employees, clients, subcontractors, trade partners, architects, and most importantly, the divine blessings and guidance they've experienced.

"God's provision for Consolidated and all the people who call it their work home is the reason for our 35 years of success," says Elias-Calles.

"Consolidated's longevity is a blessing from God; no other way to put it. The future looks so bright I have to wear sunglasses," said Troya.
